最近公司里在流行BOOTCAMP。我也把BOOTCAMP的DVD带回家看了看，动作幅度很大啊，估计我是坚持不下来 。
每年两次的健康检查都会被医生说我变胖了，让我多注意饮食和减肥。自己也一直想着搞个什么运动做做，打乒乓球，游泳，羽毛球等都没有坚持下来，所以这个BOOTCAMP也很难啊。要是睡觉能减肥就好了。
